Return Policy
We always recommend to ask for samples before to place final orders. Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. We do not accept returns if the material is Damaged. They need to be in their original package. The Return credit will be made after we receive the product and quality assurance department has review the material returned.
RESTOCKING FEE: There is a %25 Restocking fee for returns. and not all collections are subject to returns.
Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for return the material to the return department, and shipping cost may not be refunded.

Package your return include original packaging
- Insure Your Package. Please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
- Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached TILES AND DECO. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
RETURN POLICY:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shade Variation, Dye-lots, and Sizes
Tiles are subjected to shade and size variation. Also, the pictures shown on our website may look different based on your monitor settings (brightness, contrast, and temperature).
We highly recommend ordering sample swatches for color, size, and texture verification before place your final order.
We will not be responsible for returns or exchange costs due to shade and minor size variations.
All sizes expressed on the website are nominal.
Tiles and Deco will not be accountable for shade variation between two different orders. We promise to ship the same shade/dye lot per order. Customers must let us know if ordering the same material to match a previous order. Tiles are subject to shade variation, and we might no longer have the same dye lot of a previous order.
AT ALL INSTALLATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE. ONCE INSTALLED TILES AND DECO ASSUMES NO LIABLITY FOR CLAIMS.ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 3 WEEK DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THE MATERIAL.
CLAIMS RELATING TO BREAKAGE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SHIPMENT HAS BEEN COORDINATED THROUGH TILES AND DECO.
